Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics. When using Google Analytics, data processing is technically provided by Webnode. Therefore, reference is hereby made to the data protection information provided by Webnode.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services regarding website activity and internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed further in abbreviated form to prevent them from being directly linked to a particular individual.
Google reCAPTCHA
My site uses "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA"). The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). reCAPTCHA is intended to check whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is being done by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various pieces of information (e.g. IP address, duration of the website visitor's stay on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. I, as the website operator, have a legitimate interest in protecting the web offers against abusive automated spying and spam.
For further information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, please refer to the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html
Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to display fonts in a uniform way. When a page is loaded, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must establish a connection to Google's servers. Google thus becomes aware that this website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer. For more information about Google Web Fonts, please visit developers.google.com/fonts/faq and consult Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Online Presence on Social Media
I maintain online presences within social networks and platforms to communicate with active customers, prospects, and users there, and to inform them about our services.
I would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may entail risks for users because, for example, the enforcement of user rights could be more difficult. With regard to US providers certified under the Privacy Shield, we would like to inform you that they commit to complying with the data protection standards of the EU.
Furthermore, user data is typically processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created from usage behavior and resulting user interests. These user profiles can, in turn, be used to display advertisements within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the users' interests. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on users' computers, storing user behavior and interests. In addition, data may also be stored in the user profiles regardless of the devices used by the users (especially if users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in).
The processing of users' personal data is based on my legitimate interests in effectively informing and communicating with users in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. If users are asked by the respective providers for consent to data processing (i.e., their consent, for example, by ticking a checkbox or confirming a button), the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 7 DSGVO.
For a detailed presentation of the respective processing and the options for objection (Opt-Out), I refer to the information linked below from the providers. Also, in the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, I would like to point out that these can be most effectively exercised with the providers.
